ConvertText.app is committed to protecting your privacy. We believe in transparency and want you to understand how we handle your data.
ConvertText does not upload or store the text or document titles you process. Free-tool text processing and Pro Studio document storage happen locally in your browser. Documents and titles are never sent to Link, Stripe, the ConvertText access Worker, or D1.
Trial and paid-access services process limited metadata needed to issue and restore access. This can include transient email delivery, a hashed email address, subscription status, activation records, and server-only provider identifiers. Entitlement and activation tokens are used for access security and are not document data.
Pro Studio purchases are sold and managed by Link through Stripe Managed Payments. Link processes payment, billing, receipt, cancellation, and refund information under its own privacy terms. ConvertText does not receive card details, and no browser document content is included in payment requests.
We may use analytics on public ConvertText pages to understand aggregate use. Analytics must not contain document text, document titles, email addresses, entitlements, activation tokens, or provider identifiers. Analytics are disabled on Pro Studio routes.
Pro Studio uses browser storage for local documents, settings, and access entitlements. Clearing site data can remove those local records. Essential cookies or similar storage may also be used by hosting and security services. Payment-provider storage is controlled by Link and Stripe on their own services.
